The main goal of the Saudia Milk project is to boost sales during the back-to-school season by offering students an immersive and interactive experience. This Augmented Reality game integrates cutting-edge technologies, including a Draws engine and sophisticated algorithms, to heighten user engagement. By scanning milk packs, users can gather and exchange characters while also having the opportunity to enter thrilling draws and win prizes. The aim is to encourage students to purchase more packs and actively participate in the game.

Several challenges arose that needed to be overcome to achieve its objectives. The primary challenge was to seamlessly integrate Augmented Reality with physical milk packs, requiring the development team to tackle technical complexities. Implementing the Draws engine and designing intricate algorithms presented further obstacles in creating an immersive gameplay experience. Additionally, the project had to address the management of a staggering volume of 90 million unique serial numbers to personalize user experiences. Successfully overcoming these challenges was essential in driving sales during the back-to-school season and creating an interactive and engaging game.

Our experienced team tackled the challenges by seamlessly integrating Augmented Reality with physical milk packs using advanced computer vision . We designed an advanced Draws engine and implemented cutting-edge algorithms for fair and exciting user experiences. Additionally, we ensured secure character collection and sharing through advanced authentication and data management protocols. Within three months, our solution garnered over 400,000 unique scans and 35,000 downloads, successfully driving user engagement and achieving the objectives of the Saudia Milk application during the back-to-school period.
